Raymon de Kruijff
CEO / Partner

Our lives have become primarily digital and connected. This was already a trend before the pandemic but has accelerated because of it. The way human behaviour changed will have an everlasting effect on parts of the business. Therefore companies have to adapt more often and more rapid than ever before. We have to challenge traditional ideas and use data to actively seek out anomalies and surprises. Use the insights to adjust our business models and consider what the new trends might mean for how we create and deliver value, whom we need to partner with, and who our customers should be.

Changing customer expectations, B2B and B2C also means that our marketing should change, if not already done! There is not one right solution or strategy, it all depends on your business. But we do know that experience is important, that it is crowded in the media space and that customer attention is scarce. In my opinion this means that we have to aim for brand relevance and accept that the customer journey is not linear. More than ever the combination of marketing, sales, service and distribution determines if a lead becomes a customer, is satisfied and stays loyal. And on all these parts we have to measure, learn and adapt our actions.

As (digital) entrepreneur, communications strategist, creative thinker, online marketer and manager with over 25 years’ experience in marketing, media and the digital industry, I love to inspire people, teams and companies to maximizing the opportunities in this digital (experience) era. To be successful in business I understand that it’s not only inspiration you need, but a combination of measuring, analyzing, creating insights, writing a strategy and building a team and organization to execute that.

In my many roles I have successfully managed companies, units and brands, and contributed in their growth. I know what it means to inform boards, convince stakeholders and move teams in new directions.
