Are you an experienced financial professional with an affinity for working in a dynamic environment? Do you want to play a key role in managing the financial and HR processes of multiple operating companies and later manage your own team? Then we are looking for you!
Who are we?
The REIWA Group consists of several companies active in communication, design, technology and consultancy. We are growing and are looking for a Financial Manager who wants to help build our success while making the connection between financial processes and HR.
What will you do?
As Financial Manager you will be responsible for the complete financial administration of four operating companies within the REIWA Group. In addition, you play an important role in the HR processes. Your duties include:
Financial:
- Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable administration.
- Timely and complete hours administration for billing and revenue purposes.
- Prepare reports and assist with monthly and year-end closing.
- Cooperation with our accountant for efficient financial administration.
- Thinking along about optimizing financial processes.
HR:
- Manage the financial side of HR processes, such as payroll through Nmbrs.
- Coordinate employment contracts and personnel related costs.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of HR reports (e.g. personnel budgets and sick leave costs).
- Contribute to talent development (using TMA).
Strategic:
- Support management in financial and HR-related strategic issues.
- In time managing a team.
What do you bring?
- At least 5 years of experience in a financial role, preferably within a smaller agency (experience with timekeeping is a plus).
- Education HBO Business Economics, Accountancy, Finance & Control or similar.
- Experience with Nmbrs and Exact Online is desirable.
- Affinity with people and HR processes and systems.
- Experience with project management systems such as Simplicate is an advantage.
- Accuracy, independence and ability to prioritize.
- Ambition to grow into a leadership role where finance and HR come together.
